Cancellation Policy

Enrollment & Payment • Seats are limited; enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received. • Tuition and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to move your start date, you may reschedule once with 7+ days’ notice, subject to seat availability. • No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the start date forfeit tuition. • Payment plans (if offered) must be completed before certificates are released. Attendance & Punctuality • Please arrive 10 minutes early. Students arriving 15+ minutes late may be asked to rebook. • 100% attendance is required for skills sign-off. One make-up session may be offered (fee may apply) if scheduled with the instructor in advance. Dress Code & Professionalism • Scrubs, closed-toe shoes, hair secured; no acrylic nails or hand jewelry during lab. • Maintain professional conduct; unsafe or disruptive behavior can result in dismissal without refund. Health & Safety • Hands-on training uses sharps and biohazard materials. Students must follow instructor directions and universal precautions at all times. • You agree to complete a lab safety orientation and sign the skills/needle use consent and liability waiver before participating. Reschedules, Weather & Provider Cancellations • We reserve the right to reschedule for instructor illness, low enrollment, facility issues, or severe weather. If we reschedule, you may transfer to a new date at no charge.
