Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Alamo Ranch Phlebotomy, LLC. By registering for our workshops, classes, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Registration & Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a class or workshop.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors.

  • Seats are limited; early registration is encouraged.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the class will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

  • If Alamo Ranch Phlebotomy, LLC cancels or reschedules a class, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

 

3. Attendance & Certification

  • Students must attend the full class/workshop and complete all requirements to receive certification.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be admitted and may need to reschedule.

  • Certificates (CPR/BLS, workshop completions, etc.) will only be issued upon successful completion of course requirements.

4. Health Screenings & Testing

  • All CLIA-waived testing (cholesterol, glucose, A1C, etc.) is provided for screening purposes only and does not replace medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

  • Results are confidential and will only be released to the individual tested.

  • By participating in screenings, you acknowledge that results are informational and that you should consult a healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment.

5. Liability Waiver

By registering for classes or participating in services, you agree that Alamo Ranch Phlebotomy, LLC and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, medical conditions, or other issues that may occur during training, workshops, or screenings.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without a refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal and health information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or rent your information.
