Refund Policy

At Alamo Ranch Phlebotomy, LLC, we value our clients and students and want to provide clarity regarding payments and refunds.

Refund Policy 

  1. Workshops & Classes

    • All registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future workshop or class if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the event.

    • No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date.

  2. CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Certification Courses

    • ​Payments are non-refundable, but students may reschedule one time at no additional cost if at least 48 hours’ noticeis provided.

    • No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to meet course requirements.​

  3. Testing & Screening Services (Cholesterol, Glucose, A1C, Drug Screens, etc.)

    • Due to the nature of medical testing, all testing fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  4. Cancellations by Alamo Ranch Phlebotomy, LLC

If we must cancel a class or service for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another date/service.
